T2P will not share or otherwise disclose the systems, controls, and risk information that you enter into the Control & Risk Calculator.

T2P's Control and Risk Calculator is a unique resource for the T2P community, in that it has the potential to record highly sensitive company information, in addition to member account information.

T2P protects and preserves the privacy of these two types of information very differently. 

We will never, under any circumstances, share any specific business, control, or systems information you input into the CRC. Although we validate access to the CRC environment against your T2P member account, any content you submit within the CRC environment is retained separate from you membership information and is not accessed by T2P staff or any other entities for either internal administrative or sponsorship reporting purposes.

There is no scenario for authorized disclosure by T2P of your CRC content. In addition, to protect against unauthorized disclosure, T2P has instituted extra security measures for the CRC. These measures are over and above those for any other content on the site. These measures are described in greater detail in the CRC Manual and the Security page of this CRC help documentation.

The information in your member account is, within the context of the CRC, subject to T2P's general Privacy Policy. Under that policy, we may share some of your contact information with the CRC project underwriter(s). Such minimal information sharing is how we fund the development of unique and useful resources like the CRC and are able to offer them for free to the community. Although we do undertand that your contact information is in itself a valuable resource, we hope that you agree that sharing it with one sponsor (and possiby fielding a resulting sales call) is a good-value proposition, given the utility of the CRC resource.
